Ofloxacin+Metronidazole+Simethicone is used in the treatment of diarrhea. Ofloxacin + Metronidazole + Simethicone is a combination of three antibiotics: Ofloxacin , Metronidazole and Simethicone which treat diarrhoea. Ofloxacin kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves.
